EVA Pilot Terms of Service

Using the pilot
These terms describe use of EVA to capture, understand and organize information. The service is experimental and intended for personal use and a small invited group. Sign-in is required. Keep your account secure and use only accounts and materials you are entitled to access or share. Obtain any permissions required before uploading recordings or information about other people.
Do not use EVA unlawfully, attempt to access another person's records, interfere with the service, or bypass its security controls.
AI output and your decisions
AI-generated summaries, classifications, suggestions and extracted commitments can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important names, dates, responsibilities and decisions before relying on them. EVA is not an emergency service or a substitute for professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.
Optional connections
Google Calendar is optional and requires your authorization. You choose which calendars EVA uses. Publishing an EVA Event to Google Calendar is an explicit action. Review the destination and event details before publishing. Disconnecting EVA does not remove events already created in Google Calendar. Google, OpenAI and other service providers have their own applicable terms and availability limits.
Your information
You retain your rights in material you provide. EVA processes that material to deliver the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload material you are not permitted to provide. Keep independent copies of important information; the pilot's export is bounded and is not a complete backup or guaranteed restore mechanism.
Availability and changes
Features may change, be suspended or be discontinued as the pilot develops. Continuous availability, error-free processing and recovery of every record are not guaranteed. Contact the operator if you encounter a problem. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page. If you no longer wish to use EVA, stop using the service, disconnect optional connections and contact the operator for assistance with your data.
